    311.85 miles

    Step-by-step explanation:

Fuel tank holds 13.2 gallons and is 3/4 full, therefor the actual amount of fuel Jack has = (3/4) * 13.2 gallons=9.9 gallons

The car travels 31.5 miles per gallon, 31.5 miles = 1 gallon

Then 9.9 gallons will take him for = (31.5*9.9) miles = 311.85 miles
