Box contains 15 items, 4 of which are defective and 11 are good. Two items are selected. What is probability that the first is good and the second defective?

    We have an 11 out of 15 chance, that we can pick a good item, and a 4 out of 15 chance at picking a defect.

    By multiplying the two probabilities together, we want to simultaneously pick out two items with order.

    Thus, the probability is: 11/15 · 4/15 = 44/225
