The bill for a pizza was 14.50. Charles paid for 3/5 of the bill. Show two ways to find how much he paid

    Well, if the pizza total was $14.50 and if there were 5 people in total, you'd do 14.50 divided by 5 to get $2.09 per person. If Charles paid 3/5 then do 2.09 times 3 to get $6.27.
