I have two questions about math. Here they are:

1. Write a phrase for the algebraic expression.

2. Do equations always have to have variables within them?

    M/n could be explained orally or in writing as "the quotient of m divided by n," or just "the quotient of m over n."

    0=0 is an equation that has no variables, so the answer to your 2nd question is "no."
