    let the first odd no be (x+1)

    the other odd no is (x+3)

    2 (x+3) = 3 (x+1) - 13

    2x+6 = 3x+3-13

    2x+6=3x-10

    6+10=3x-2x

    x=16

    the first no. is 16+1=17

    the second no. is 16+3=19
