Change to standard form: Y=-3/4x-2/3

    The LCD here is 4 (3) = 12. So mult. all 3 terms by 12:

    12 (Y=-3/4x-2/3) = 12y = - 9x - 8, or 0 = - 9x - 12y - 8, or

    0 = 9x + 12y + 8. This is in std. form.
