Lance measured 0.485 liter of water. Angel measured 0.5 liter of water. lance said, "My beaker has more water than yours because my number has three decimal places and yours only has one." is lance correct?

    No, the decimal places do not matter at all. You just have to look at the number closest to the decimal. in this case, the first numbers are 4 and 5. so, obviously 5 is bigger than 4.

    The answer is Lance is not correct because he has less water than Angel.
