    passenger train is travelling 58mph

    freight train at 38 mph

    Step-by-step explanation:

first i listed all the numbers that could divide 190

    1,2,5,10,19,38

& then it was simple from there.

next all i had to do is add 20 to each number and then see if that number could divide 290

    38 could divide 190

    38+20 = 58

    290:58=5

    190 : 38=5

it took the passenger train 5 mins to travel 290 miles while the freight train took 5 mins to trvel 190 miles
