    k/-4 = - 0.8,

    make k the subject of the equation by multiplying through by - 4,

    this means, (k/-4) x - 4 = - 0.8 x - 4

    this should give you k = - 0.8 x - 4, the negatives will cancel out to give you positive values,

    so k = 3.2

    your answer is D
