    1. You have that:

    2. Then, the perimeter is:

    P = ((3.14) (diameter) / 2) (2) + (Lenght of the rectangle) (2)

    P = ((3.14) (27 inches) / 2) (2) + (62 inches) (2)

    P=208.78 in
