    In slope intercept form: The equation reads:

    y = (1/7) x + 4.

    I got this by adding x to the right side (to isolate y) and then divided by 7.

    -x+7y=28

    : slope intercept for is y=mx+b

    step 1: add x from both sides which is 7y=x+28

    step 2: divide by by 7 bothn sides which is y = / frac{x+28}{7}

    step 3: make into fraction which is y=1/7x+4
