    since the circumference is 20cm and formula for finding a circumference of a circle is c=2 (pi) r, where r is radius and pi is constant value which is equivalent to 22/7. so the radius of 20cm circumference is 3.1847 by using this eqn c/2 (pi) = r. now the calculated radius will b multiply by 5 to get 15.92cm which is put in cirumference formula i. e. c=2 (pi) r we get 100cm circumference.
