What is - 16/6 converted to a whole number?

Of course this improper fraction is not going to be converted into a whole number evenly but you have to know how many times 6 can go into 16 without passing the number
6: 6, 12, 18 ...
so it would only go in twice since 12 is the farthest it can to. So it would be 2 with a proper fraction of 4/6
