A cell phone provider offers a plan that costs $30 per month plus $.20 per text message sent or received. A comparable plan cost $50 per month but offers unlimited text messaging. How many text messages would have to be sent or received in order for the plans to cost the same each month?

    30+0.20x=50

    0.20x=20

    x = 100 texts

    $50 per month

    $30 per month

    50 - 30 = 20

    It is 20$ per text in the first plan there for one text either sent or recieven would make the first plan 50$ making the plans equal in cost
