Can you remind me how I would solve 1/4 - 3/4

Well, I would just do it in my head and get - 1/2.
Basically, 1/4 - 3/4 keeps the denominator the same, and you just subtract the second numerator from the first. Then you reduce the answer to the simplest form.
Does that make sense?
