What is the area of a regular decagon with an apothem 12.3 yards long and a side 8 yards long?

    Area = (n * side length * apothem) / 2

    where "n" is the number of sides

    area = (10 * 8 * 12.3) / 2

    area = (984) / 2

    area = 492 square yards
