What is 80/100 as a decimal and percent?

    As a percent, 80/100 is just 80%. To turn a fraction to a percent, you try and get the denominator to 100. This has already happened so it's just 80%.

    As a decimal, all you have to do is divide the numerator by the denominator to get 0.8
