A gift shop had 500 coloring pencils. The shop sold 3 sets of 20 coloring pencils, 6 sets of 12 coloring pencils, and 10 sets of 18 coloring pencils. Write a numerical expression to show how many coloring pencils are left. Evaluate the numerical expression using order of operations. Show your work.

    x=unknown

    500=x+60+72+180

    500=x+312

    -312 - 312

    188=x
