    The perimeter of a rectangle is given by P=2 (B+H) where b is the base and h is the height. b=7h That means that 80x=2 (7h+h) 80x=2 (8h)

    80x=16h

    80x/16=h

    5x=h

    b=7h

    b=7 (5x)

    b=35x

    so

    B. H = 5x, b = 35x is the right answer
