You need 18 quarts of water, 12 teaspoons of lemon juice concentrate, and 6 cups of sugar.

    Step-by-step explanation:

60:10=6 (multiply ingredient amounts by 6)

    3 quarts * 6 = 18 quarts of water

    2 teaspoons * 6 = 12 teaspoons

    1 cup * 6 = 6 cups
