Is y=9x+3 proportional or non-proportion and why?

    It is proportional, as y increases in line with x, and they have a linear relationship.

    However, it is not directly proportional, as the '+3' shows that when x=0, y = / = 0, so it is not directly proportional.

    It is proportional but not a direct proportion because you have an extra in your equation (+3)
