To find the number of business clients out of the total number of clients, you must multiply 5% to the total amount of clients, 20. To do this, first convert 5% to a decimal which would be moving the decimal left two places. This would convert 5% to 0.05. When you have done this, multiply 0.05 to 20 and you will get 1. Your answer would be that there is 1 business client out of the 20.
