    We have w/h = 3/4 and 2w + 2h = 28 in;

    Then, w = 3h/4;

    2x (3h/4) + 2h = 28;

    3h/2 + 2h = 28;

    3h + 4h = 56;

    7h = 56;

    h = 8 in;

    w = 24/4;

    w = 6 in.
