    Hello from MrBillDoesMath!

    Answer: x = 9/5

    Discussion:

    The quotient is undefined when the denominator = 0. i. e. 5x - 9 = 0

    5x - 9 = 0

    5x = 9 (add 9 to both sides)

    x = 9/5 (divide both sides by 5)
