    Solve each

    5x+7>-8

    minus 7 both sides

    5x>-15

    divide by 5

    x>-3

    3x+7≤19

    minus 7 both sides

    3x≤12

    divide by 3

    x≤4

    so we got

    x>-3 AND x≤4

and means that the solution set must satisfy both at once

so x is bigger than - 3 and less than or equal to 4

    so between - 3 and 4 including 4

    -3
    last one
