    The equation is : h (t) = 2 + (t+5) ^2+4

    It can be rewritten as:

    h (t) = 2+t^2+2*t*5+5^2+4

    h (t) = 2+t^2+10t+25+4

    h (t) = t^2+10t+31

    h (-8) = (-8) ^2+10 * (-8) + 31

    h (-8) = 64-80+31

    h (-8) = 15
