The way to solve this is by making the decimal a fraction, 6tenths equals 6/10.
Now we find a common denominator, lets use 30.
multiply the 6/10 by 3 to get 18/30
multiply 2/3 by 10 to get 20/30
2/3 is greater than 0.6
