Simplify the expression (x^-2y^-4x^3) ^-2

    You would first put the things that can together, together. It would look like this

    (2x^1y^-4) ^-2. Then you would multiply it all by - 2. - 4x^-2-2y^4 And thats what it looks like simplified.
