    If the velocity of the rower is V1=3mph and velocity of the river is V2=7mph and

    V1 ⊥V2 then

    tanα=7/3 = > tanα ≈ 2.33 = > α≈ 66.8° ≈ 67°

    The correct answer is 67°

    Good luck!
