A rational number can be written as a fraction with any number in the numerator and the denominator.

Is this true or false? Why or Why not?

    It's close to being true, but it needs a couple of clarifications.

    The fraction needs whole numbers in the numerator and

    denominator, and the denominator can't be zero.
