    Example: 12+24 GCF: 12: 1,2,3,4,6,12 24: 1,2,3,4,6,8,24 Common factors: 1,2,3,4,6 Greatest factor: 6 Divide: 12 divided 6 = 2 24 divided 6 = 4 12+24 = 6x (2+4)
