    y + 7x = - 7x + 7x + 3

    y = 7x + 3

    7x + 3 = - 7x + 3

    +7x + 7x

    14x + 3 = 3

    -3 - 3

    14x = 0

    14 14

    x = 0

    y = - 7 (0) + 3

    y = 0 + 3

    y = 3

    (x, y) = (0, 3)
