    We shall use the formula for distance traveled:

    s = ut + (1/2) at^2

    where

    u = initial velocity

    t = time

    a = acceleration.

    Because

    u = 0 (car starts from rest),

    t = 10 s (travel tme),

    a = 2 m/s^2 (acceleration), m

    the di mstance traveled is

    s = (1/2) * (2 m/s^2) * (10 s) ^2 = (1/2) * 2*100 = 100

    Answer: 100 m
