So based on the problem gives us a right triangle with a height 100 feet and a base of 120 feet.

To solve this, the formula to be used is:

Angle = tan^-1 (h/b)

= tan ^ - 1 (100 / 120)

= tan ^ - 1 (0.8333333)

= 39.81 degrees is the angle of elevation
