Customers of a phone company can chose between two service plans long distance calls. The first plan has $15 monthly fee and charges an additional $0.17 for each minute of calls. The second plan had $23 monthly fee and charges an additional $0.13 for each minute of calls. For how many minutes of calls will costs of the two plans be equal?

    Im not sure but I would seem that the first plan is much better due to the cost. I know this is not an answer but just saying and there just a $0.004 diference wich is practicly the same
