Voting Yolanda's club has 35 members, it's rule require that 60% of them must be presented for any vote. At least how many members must be presented to have a vote?

    You would need to multiply 35 x. 6 (which is 60%).

    35 x. 6 = 21, so at least 21 members need to be present to vote.
