Mark, Carrie, Max, and Jane are doing a probability experiment in math class. They flip a coin 200 times and record their results.

Heads:120 Tails:80 Question 2 on their lab sheet asks for the theoretical probability of flipping heads. They come up with four different answers:

    Theoretical probability is the number of desired outcomes (heads) divided by the total number of outcomes (heads or tails). The actual outcome does not affect the theoretical probability. Mark is correct.
