A box is constructed to contain a volume of 97.5 cubic inches. The length of the base is 3.5 inches larger than the width, and the height is 0.5 inch larger than the length. Find the dimensions of the box.

    Length=3.5+w 7.8

    Width=w 4.3

    Height=3.5+0.5+w 8.3

    97.5 = (3.5+w) (w) (3.5+0.5+w)

    97.5=7.5 (3w)
