    h (x) = x - 1

    so

    h (3) = 3 - 1 = 2

    g (h (3)) = 3 (2) - 5 = 6 - 5 = 1

    f (g (h (3))) = - 2x^3 = - 2 (1^3) = - 2

    answer

    -2
