A toy company uses the box shown below to package wooden cubes 5 ft 3 ft 2 ft each wooden cube has a volume of 1/8 cubic foot in total how many wooden cubes will fit in the box

    Volume of the package is given by the formula:

    volume=length*width*height

    volume=5*3*2=30 ft³

    volume of wooden cube is 1/8 ft³

    thus the number of cubes than can be fitted in the box will be:

    number of cubes = (volume of the box) / (volume of wooden cubes)

    =30 / (1/8)

    =240 cubes

    Answer: 240 cubes
