Compare 1 out of 3 and 3 out of 10. Are these values equal? Explain your reasoning.

    NO. This is because 1/3 and 3/10 are totally different. What you do is get an lcd and end up with times 10 for the first fraction and times 2 for the second fractions. 10/30 and 9/30 are different.

    3/10 times 3/3=9/30

    another ceck is that if 2 fractions are equal, the first one multiplied by the inverse of the second one should simplify to one

    1/3 = 3/10?
