    volume = π x r^2 x h

    where:

    π is Pi, approximately 3.142

    r is the radius of the circular end of the cylinder

    h height of the cylinder;

    Then, 3148 = 3.142 x r^2 x h;

    r^2 x h = 1001.909;

    We don't know h.

    So, we couldn't find r.
