You are given the car stopping distances with velocity and its respective distance. You are asked to find the approximate stopping distance for a car traveling 35 mph. You can see that 35 mph lies between 20 and 50 mph. If you add these velocities and then divide it by two, you will get 35 mph. The same thing that you will do with its distances. Add 31.8 and 198.7 then divide it by two and you will get 115.25 ft.
