Ian is another of Josie's clients. He is 60 years old. What is the MHR for ian when he is training?

    I'm going to assume you mean Heart Rate. Depending on how his body takes exercise and the extent of the exercise, it should be around 140 to 155 bpm. around his age and assuming he has no heart problems (and is really healthy in general) his normal bpm would be 110 but when exercising it should be 140 to 155 bpm.
