Just input the domain to find the range

    f (-2) = - 2 (-2) - 5=4-5=-1

    f (-1) = - 2 (-1) - 5=2-5=-3

    f (1) = - 2 (1) - 5=-2-5=-7

    f (2) = - 2 (2) - 5=-4-5=-9

    range is [-9,-7,-3,-1]
