    x2+6x+y2=7

We add 9 to each side of the equation

    x2+6x+y2 + 9=7 + 9

    (x+3) * * 2 + (y+0) * * 2 = 16

    (x+3) * * 2 + (y+0) * * 2 = 4**2 (Standard form)
