    x + y = 18 → 3x + 3y = 54

    x - 3y = 22 → x - 3y = 22

    4x = 76

    4 4

    x = 19

    x + y = 18

    19 + y = 18

    - 19 - 19

    y = - 1

    (x, y) = (19, - 1)
