The ladders shown below are standing against the wall at the same angle. How high up the wall does the longer ladder go? (The high ladder is 30 and we trying to find the height. The small ladder is 24 and it's height is 10)

    First you must divide 24 by 10 which equals 2.4. now we must multiply and we must make 2.4=24 so 30 has to be 300, 300/24 is 12.5 and that should be your answer for X
