Step-by-step explanation:
Multiply 6 with inside the parenthesis 6 (2x+3y) ➡ 12x + 18y
Multiply 3 with inside the parenthesis 3 (x-y) ➡ 3x - 3y
Now add them up
12x + 18y + 3x - 3y = 15x + 15y ➡ 15 (x + y)
