It's pretty simple, it all depends on what your trying to learn, like multiplying by 2's or 5's.

Say your multiples each day for practice:
Monday: say and write the multiples of 2's and 3's
Tuesday: say and write the multiples of 4's and 5's
Wednesday: say and write the multiples of 6's and 7's
Thursday: say and write the multiples of 8's and 9's
Friday: say and write multiples you need to know.
